新生申请: Complete this application if you are an incoming freshman, 传入的转移, incoming graduate student or JSU student who has never stayed on campus.

回国学生申请: Complete this application if you are a student who has previously resided on campus.

Note: 研究生 students will need to email housinginfo@metcomconsulting.com after completing the application to receive your room assignment.

资格

• You must be an accepted full-time student (enrolled in 12 or more credits) or be a full-time graduate student to receive an offer of housing. 研究生 status is verified through the 研究生 School.
• Students in any of the below categories are eligible to submit a housing application.
  • • 医学上重新录取的JSU学生.
    • First-year students new to JSU for fall 学期.
    • 转移 students coming to JSU directly from another college.
    • 重新录取JSU学生.
    • 国际 students transferring to JSU.
    • 住在校外的JSU学生.
• All housing inquiries should be sent to housinginfo@metcomconsulting.com.
• All new students are required to have up-to-date immunization records received and verified by the JSU健康中心, and the FASFA application received and processed by JSU财政援助.
• 的 $100 non-refundable housing application processing fee for New/转移 students must be paid before a room assignment will be issued.
• 的 $75 non-refundable room reservation fee for Returning students must be paid before a room assignment will be issued.

取消政策

• Student’s cancellations of housing for the Spring 学期 are accepted until December 14, 2023, without the student incurring a cancellation fee. Students canceling after December 14, 2023, 但在12月21日之前, 2023, will incur three hundred fifty dollars ($350) cancellation fee and will not be required to pay the entire cost of housing for the 学期. Student’s cancellations of 住房 and Meal Agreements will not be accepted after December 21, 2023. Students shall be assessed and obligated to pay the full charges assessed for housing and meals after with no reduction in the fees assessed, including but not limited to residence hall room fees, post office fees and meal plan fees.
• If you wish to cancel your housing assignment, you may do so by emailing housinginfo@metcomconsulting.com 声明如下: “I (insert first name, last name, and J Number) wish to cancel my housing for the Spring 2024 学期.”
• All cancellation requests must be in writing.
